Victoria (Vicki) Rusu-Ebert brings more than a decade of small business and nonprofit experience to Youngstown Prosperity. A Youngstown native and two-time YSU graduate, Vicki is passionate about bringing the depth of her global nonprofit experience back to the Mahoning Valley.

After spending seven years working for a large global nonprofit, where she served alongside their Founder & CEO as an Executive Assistant before transitioning to the Development team, Vicki decided it was time to bring her experience home. She has managed global boards of directors, worked collaboratively with legal, brand marketing, mass market fundraising, operations, information technology, program delivery, and student services teams, and raised millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations, from individual donors to Fortune 500 corporations.

Vicki also has entrepreneurship in her blood. She helped run her father's pizza shop as a middle schooler, launched one of the first photobooth rental companies in the Mahoning Valley shortly after college graduation, and has provided web and graphic design consulting over the last decade to a variety of small businesses.

In addition to her role as Executive Director for Youngstown Prosperity, Vicki is a consultant for KO Consulting and serves on the board of Boardman Rotary. When she's not thinking up ways to help our valley businesses and nonprofits grow, Vicki loves spending time with her family, including her husband and 4-year-old son.
